What your company gets

A focused programme.
A clear scope from the start.

We agree the content, supported languages, delivery and timing before the programme begins. Here is what we plan with you.

A practical learning plan

One role, a set of recurring workplace conversations and clear learning goals. We identify a suitable starting point and agree what learners should practise.

Relevant lessons and practice

A suitable general-language foundation where available, plus tailored vocabulary, scenarios and exercises developed for the agreed workplace needs. New material receives language and workplace review before use.

Support learners can understand

Explanations in the agreed, supported starting language. We confirm language availability upfront; additional language pairs require separate development and review.

Guided setup and flexible practice

We help learners get started on the online platform and agree a manageable practice routine around their work. One learner or a whole team can take part.

A progress summary and review

For the initial programme, we manually prepare a summary of participation, agreed practice tasks and learner feedback. Together, we discuss progress and the next learning priorities.

Why choose NearLingua?

Relevant to the job.
Accessible to the learner.

Your work shapes the practice

Start with conversations your people actually face: asking for clarification, confirming a request or handing over a task. You help define what useful progress looks like.

Build on a language they understand

Our focus on supported starting languages helps learners make sense of explanations. We develop each pair around its teaching needs, rather than simply translating an interface.

Fit alongside existing training

Give learners additional structured practice between lessons or during onboarding. You can retain your current training provider while we agree where NearLingua adds value.

A direct relationship

Work directly with Fransina, NearLingua’s founder, to agree the scope and review the programme. Begin with a focused need and decide what to expand after seeing the results.

We agree the role, learner languages and learning goals before building a pilot. Workplace examples need employer and language review. Language practice does not replace professional qualifications, clinical training or workplace safety instruction.

See the learning approach

A small example.
A clear purpose.

A colleague gives you an instruction. You didn’t catch what they said.

The goal is to ask for repetition rather than guess. This is one example of the practical situations a workplace pathway could cover.

This demonstration uses English explanations. It is not a complete English-to-Dutch course or a job-readiness assessment.

Workplace language training for your team

Your team.
A focused starting point.

Start with a conversation about the communication challenges your people face and the training they already receive. We can agree a free initial pilot for one learner or a team, with a defined scope and timing. Any paid continuation or additional development is agreed separately.

  • Discuss the role, supported starting language and existing training.
  • Agree the workplace conversations and practical learning goals.
  • Prepare and review the agreed material, then help learners get started.
  • Review participation, sample tasks and feedback together.
