NearLingua is a language-learning service operated by Fransina Nakale. These terms describe use of the website, lessons and learning account.

Learning with NearLingua

You may use NearLingua’s lessons and exercises for personal learning. Lessons, feedback and progress indicators support practice; they do not constitute an accredited qualification or a guarantee of language proficiency.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and use only an account you are authorised to access. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Respectful use

Do not use the service to harass others, submit unlawful material, interfere with its operation or attempt to access another person’s information. Do not commercially redistribute NearLingua’s lesson materials without permission.

Privacy and account requests

Our privacy notice explains the information used for sign-in, learning and optional analytics. You can stop using NearLingua at any time. For help, corrections or account deletion, email nearlingua-support@googlegroups.com.

Service updates

We may update lessons and features or interrupt access for maintenance. This page will show the date of any revised terms. These terms do not take away rights you have under applicable law.
